Investment

Are you up on all your investments? Stocks, bonds and of course real estate. Investments and possessions seem to be what defines our placement in society, and what allows us a sense of freedom in our ability to move about. We are so driven to acquire, protect and insure our investments, that we don't always get time to enjoy them.

Never realizing that there is only one investment that you truly own. That investment is YOU! Your, body, mind and spirit. The one investment that enables you to even take this trip, giving us the ability to have choices and freedom to direct our lives.

Incredibly the body runs with very little help. With some effort it can not only maintain itself, but will give you a lot more milage. One investment we cannot ignore anymore. The dividends are greater than any other investment out there. Be responsible for your health and well being.

The body needs rest, something we are resistant to doing in our society. Proper rest enables the body and mind to naturally reenergize and heal itself. Adequate water allows the body to cleanse and purify toxins from its systems. A daily well balanced diet with three meals and nutritional snacks eaten not on the go, but with conversation, sitting down is very satisfying. Exercising, not only running around in your daily life, must be implemented. Learning the art of living has not to do with economics. Although it does have to do with a learned personal and cultural behavior...Life is what you create. Re-invest in your health.
